we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the

provide a more personalised shopping experience.
When you order, we need to know your name,
e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and
expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your
orders, carry out credit checking and to notify you of
your order status.
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to
help us develop the design and layout of the store.
Unsolicited
Commercial Communications
All
information entered at time of purchase is used solely for the purpose
of fulfilling the order made. We guarantee that no unsolicited
commercial communication are made and no information is passed on to a
third party
Lost
or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please
contact us immediately either via email to info@irishhandmadesoap.com
or by telephone on ++35318400760
In the case of non-delivery please wait 10/15 working days from the
date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods
received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us
within 10 days of receipt. Once we have received the returned goods,
we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we
will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods
were purchased.

regret that we cannot ship orders to addresses with a
P.O. Box number.

Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
All
orders are subject to our Verification Procedure,
which is necessary for your/our protection from credit
card fraud and/or identity theft. Part of the process
involves you to verify, that you are the card owner, by
making sure that the order with billing & ship-to
information is legitimate.
If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require
shipping to your residence or business that is listed
with your credit card company as an alternate address
and that address must be listed with directory
assistance.
If
you wish to send the order to an alternative address
other than your own, please let your credit card
company know. We regret we do not ship to PO Box
numbers
